You can easily drive into Paradise Valley and visit Chico Hot Springs Resort or go north on Highway 89 to see the spectacular Crazy Mountains and the Shields River before stopping for dinner in Ringling. Or take the short drive to Bridger Bowl Ski Area, 40 minutes away, and spend the day gliding through its legendary light and fluffy cold smoke snow. All that is best about Montana is just a short drive from this home, and what a home it is. Horses graze in the surrounding pastures beneath the shadows of Livingston Peak and the Sleeping Giant. Deposit Policy
PAYMENTS: Full Payment due upon time of reservation.

SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT. Any loss or damage to the Black Bear Vacation Rental property can be deducted from your security deposit including but not limited to the following: number of guests exceeds that which is listed on the rental contract, excessive cleaning/laundry or rearranging furniture that has been moved, replacement of missing items from unit, soiling of towels, linens and carpets, costs of cleaning beyond the normal, costs to replace keys and misuse of items belonging to the property.
